The Landscape Pro Multi 44" is Modern Flames' multi-sided built-in electric fireplace, engineered to install single-sided, in a left or right corner, or fully open as a 3-sided bay ("peninsula") configuration from the same unit. It carries the Modern Flames Hybrid-FX flame technology and ships with a Canyon Driftwood log set sized to the 44" opening. The unit is rated for both indoor and outdoor installation, so the same fireplace works as a great-room focal point or an outdoor living-space centerpiece.

- Field-convertible 120V/240V power — the same unit wires to a dedicated 110V, 20-amp circuit or a dedicated 220-240V, 20-amp circuit, so it fits either a standard household retrofit or a new-construction 240V run without a different model.
- 1,465 W / 2,930 W heater output — wired for 120V, the heater draws 1,465 W and 5,000 BTU; converted to 240V per the field-convertible wiring above, it draws 2,930 W and 10,000 BTU.
- Outdoor Rated by Intertek — tested and listed under UL 2021 for fixed, location-dedicated electric room heaters, covering outdoor installation under a covered patio.
- Multi-sided install flexibility — single-sided, left-corner, right-corner, or full 3-sided bay, plus half-recessed (2x4 wall) and Suite wall-mount/recessed-cabinet setups, all from one unit.
- Wi-Fi + Bluetooth app control — control flame, heat, and lighting from the Modern Flames App in addition to the included Pro Series handheld remote (max. ~20 ft range) and onboard toggle/touch controls.
- 12V LED lighting on a 12 VDC stepper motor — low-voltage lighting and a stepper-driven flame effect for smooth, quiet operation.

Installation & Planning
This fireplace ships without a trim kit. A size-matched 02-00291-01 5-Piece Trim Kit is required to finish the 44" opening with a flush, framed look for bay/3-sided and left/right open installations, and must be ordered separately. A matching Studio Suite wall-mount cabinet is also available for wall-mount installs that don't require built-in framing. An optional Wireless Wall Touch Control / Thermostat (PT# MF-PRO-V2-WTC) is sold separately for full-wall control beyond the handheld remote.
